Another stunning home in Shady Canyon...this French Provence style custom home boasts 10,000 square feet of living space and features steel doors and windows throughout to allow for maximum views out and light in. The angled Family Room and Game Room wing opens up to the rear yard with a resort-style pool and outdoor cabana.
Back in June, we shared a rendering for the Glassell Park Telecommunications site located off the 2 FWY at North San Fernando Road in Los Angeles. Since then, the site is nearing the end of construction with finishing touches taking place this week.
The design for this 70-foot-high tower was inspired by the Art Deco style. We drew upon a local historical elementary school building for inspiration. The tower accommodates 12 panel antennas, carrier equipment, and a backup generator.
We’re also excited to share a recent article theeastsiderla.com featured on the tower. Click here to read more.
We’re delighted to announce the unveiling of our new and improved website!
Over the past month, we’ve worked to update and expand our website so that it is a better resource and more user-friendly for our visitors. We’ve added some new sections such as “Team”, “Recognition”, and “Join”, and now have direct links to our blog and facebook page. Additionally, we’ve made it easier for visitors to contact us through our new contact form. Lastly, the new look allowed us to focus on showcasing more pictures from a variety of our Commercial, Residential, and Telecommunications projects.
We hope that you enjoy discovering the new website and frequently return to see fresh projects we’ll be adding in the near future.
We’re excited to share these striking photos of a newly completed French Provence style custom home in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach.
For our second installment of “Carney Celebrates”, we’d like to highlight the Santa Barbara County Courthouse.
Built in 1929 and located in downtown Santa Barbara, the courthouse is a prime example of the beautiful Spanish Colonial style. This rich style incorporates thoughtful details and is a central part of California’s history.
The courthouse serves as an inspirational resource for us when thinking about design details. You’ll find similar features throughout several of our custom residences, especially in the prestigious development of Shady Canyon.
