Earlier this week, we announced an opening for a Junior Project Manager to join our Residential Studio. We’re excited to announce that we are also looking to fill two more openings for a Telecommunications Project Manager and a full-time Intern. Both positions can be found on the "Join" page of our website. Please spread the word if you know of anyone who might be interested in joining our team.

This month, we’d like to celebrate the Nest Learning Thermostat. Not only is it stylish and easy-to-use, but it conserves energy and can lower your bills up to 20%, especially during summer heat waves like we’ve been experiencing lately.
Nest Labs is a start-up founded by Tony Fadell, the inventor of the iPod. Nest operates with the same familiar wheel interface as the original iPod. It connects to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to control it remotely via an iPhone app or the Web. The difference between Nest and other programmable thermostats is that it learns your behavioral patterns and creates a temperature schedule customized for you. For example, if Nest senses that nobody has walked by in two hours, it goes into an “Away Mode” and automatically adjusts to a more energy efficient setting.
