C.R. Carney Architects is designing a new 10,000 square foot reception and banquet facility in the heart of the Temecula Valley Wine country in Temecula, California. This new facility will be a welcomed architectural addition to this existing winery and tasting facility. The new building will boast an expansive banquet facility for weddings and other functions, along with wine storage facilities and underground tasting caves. The hilltop location will offer extensive views of the valley with its floor to ceiling windows and clearstory windows above a radial roof design. Other building features will include natural stone exteriors, board and batt siding stained to match the existing facility, heavy timber truss designs, and a large stone faced water tower to create old world charm. Interiors will include an all-wood bar, natural stone floors, wood paneling, and architectural millwork throughout to create an elegant environment for all who visit.
