Leonesse Cellars is nestled within the rolling hillsides and vineyards of the Temecula Valley wine country. The theme of this development is based on a fictitious Scottish village. The project consists of three buildings with future phases to follow. The first building is a 3,400 sq. ft. wine tasting facility with expansive decks and decorative wood trellis design. The second building simulates an old world design with a simulated thatched roof. The third building is 6,500 sq. ft. and is utilized as a wine making and barrel storage facility. All three buildings incorporate clinker brick façade with rough stucco finish with half timber board siding accents and simulated leaded glass. The building interiors include custom wood millwork with decorative exposed truss design, natural stone detailing, colored concrete floors, and architecturally decorative lighting designs.
