This 20,000 square foot light industrial building is situated in Huntington Beach, California. The two-story concrete tilt-up was designed for light manufacturing and warehousing. It was completed in January of 2003. Features include a large mezzanine for offices and high performance glazing accented throughout the building which creates the affect of a refined office building. Recessed entries, and accent painted projections help create the illusion of more than meets the eye. The cost of construction was $1,200,000.00. The general contractor was WF Construction of San Dimas, California.
