Completed in 1998, this 17,500 square foot concrete tilt-up building was designed for Macro International, an importer and manufacturer of neoprene. Located in the Irvine Spectrum, the building design features include a rear, high-bay warehouse/manufacturing area and a front, two-story office area with two-story lobby and high performance glazing.
