This 7-acre Industrial Park, situated in Ontario, California, near the Ontario International Airport will have six buildings totaling approximately 79,000 square feet. The light industrial buildings will vary in size from 10,000 square feet up to 15,000 square feet each. Construction of the concrete tilt-up buildings is scheduled to start in February of 2003. The new buildings in the Belmont Business Center will feature perforated steel paneling and awnings, slate tile veneering, as well as performance glazing with anodized aluminum window systems. This project is under the supervision of Carl VanDerHoek, A.I.A. of C.R. Carney Architects, who is overseeing all design and building administration, as well as construction coordination.
