The first in a two-phase office and light industrial development, Arrow-Haven Corporate Park consists of two three-story, 44,000 square foot, Class A, steel frame office buildings. These buildings were designed with the corporate client in mind. The exteriors are constructed primarily of glass and stainless steel, with a three-story porcelain tile wall cutting diagonally through each building. The lobbies and front entries are finished in blue pearl granite and the outdoor plaza features slate walkways, fountains and rock ponds. The completed construction costs were $6,000,000.00.
