The Banks Office Building is a 9,000 square foot owner-user building located in the Rancho Cucamonga Business Park Office Tennis Executive Center. The clients, a lawyer and an accountant, desired a building that would convey the stability of their professions while feeling like an extension of their home. Features include a two-story lobby, private patios and views of the San Bernardino Mountain. Exterior finish materials are beige stucco, brick veneer and concrete roof tiles. Because of its design features, the building received a city design award. Construction costs were $1,200,000.00.
