Located in the Rancho Cucamonga Business Park, this three building office complex is in close proximity to the City Hall and County Courthouse. The site consists of 1.7 acres and is divided into three separate parcels for individual ownership. One building is two-story, 9,000 sq. ft. The second building is single story and 6,000 sq. ft. and is the headquarters of a mortgage company. The third building is single story and 4,200 sq. ft. The buildings are designed in a traditional brick veneer, yet generate a contemporary feel by using multicolored plaster and stucco finish with dual glazed windows. This project will be completed in Summer 2005 and was built by RCH Construction.
