Terra Linda Village is a development of seven retail and professional office buildings in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It boasts a combined floor area of 56,000 square feet on 4.77 acres. The project has been designed to complement its location within Etiwanda Specific Plan Historic District. Terra Linda features wide-open pedestrian walkways, plazas, and seating areas, which will serve not only its mixed variety of tenants, but also provide and amenity for the adjacent residential neighborhoods. Terra Linda will also be home to a newly relocated and expanded Post Office facility.
