The White Oak office complex is a development in the Industrial Park District of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California. This project includes the construction of two refined office buildings totaling 43,000 square feet. The two concrete tilt-up buildings range in size from 15,305 square feet up to 28,025 square feet. The buildings have high performance glazing with anodized aluminum window systems, with rotunda entry points covered with terra cotta glazed brick veneering. This will create an entry approach with a hierarchy effect. Incorporating the use of different building materials and painted accent reveals, adds a strong design character among its established neighbors.
