Nestled in the rolling hills of Irvine, California, sits the prestigious development of Shady Canyon home sites and golf preserve. This secluded community offers plenty of natural open space, while creating custom home sites of historical, rural and rustic living environments. It is here where C.R. Carney Architects has designed a new 7,272 square foot Spanish Colonial custom home. The home will boast a Santa Barbara style bell tower, heavy timber exposed beams, authentic tiled archways, and terra cotta paved courtyards. The contractor for this project is Haigh Builders of Santa Ana, California. The expected date of completion is 2003.
